Lime is adding a Revenue Technical Project Manager, Business Information Systems (BIS), to join our team within the Finance organization. In this role, you will own and deploy the future state of our critical business applications covering the OTC stream. You will be responsible for driving the strategy on how these applications and other boundary systems are designed and used, while collaborating with the Senior Leadership team at LIme and our implementation partners. You will also build the core-competency for the BIS org in-house while managing a team that supports you on these strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate is inspired by leading and growing others around them. You have experience with dataware-housing solutions such as Snowflake, middleware solutions such as Boomi and business application solutions such as Oracle FAH, NetSuite etc and have a consultative approach while engaging others cross-functionally to implement impactful projects for Lime globally. They should be a subject matter expert in regards to the various business platforms they are rolling out. They strategically prioritize work, balance workloads, and work directly with quality teams and higher management to ensure projects are set in the right direction for success.

This is a remote position with a preferred location in California.

What you do:

    • Work with Stakeholders to gather requirements, deliverables, and timeframes
    • Ability to ramp up quickly on technical knowledge necessary for project
    • Knowledge in one or more areas but not limited to: Oracle FAH (Required), NetSuite, Boomi and Snowflake
    • Manage internal and external resources to accomplish goals and objectives
    • Create project plans and communicate key results
    • Ensure timelines and milestones are actively achieved
    • Set long-term vision and roadmap for respective applications considering global requirements for revenue stream
    • Develop solutions to complex technical problems and be able to present relevant information to a non-technical audience
    • Apply out of the box thinking, problem-solving abilities and operational procurement experience to derive technical solutions
    • Act as the technical revenue systems enablement liaison for all internal application requests and coordinate requirements with cross-functional teams
    • Identify application improvement areas and compliance risks
    • Independently handle multiple projects at a time meeting objectives and deadlines
    • As project lead, document relevant timelines, milestones and deliverables and present to project steering committees


    • 7+ years in Technical Project Management and 3 years of experience in a technical role
    • 3+ years experience working with Oracle FAH
    • Experience managing complex projects across multiple teams
    • Understanding of standard project management toolsets (Smartsheets, Asana, MS Project)
    • Experience working in a GDPR/ SOX regulated industry is a plus
    • Experience managing software development (e.g. software product manager) strongly preferred
    • Experience with software design and purchasing processes strongly preferred
    • Prior experience creating operational metrics and dashboards using SQL and Tableau (or similar) visualization tools preferred
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously with complex and demanding deadlines
    • Exceptional communications, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills
    • Experience working across and successfully influencing multiple internal stakeholders (IT development, supply chain, finance, legal, etc.)
    • Ability to present complex issues in a clear and concise manner
The minium salary range for this position is $160,000 - $189,000. Equity and benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, depending on the position offered. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. Exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate's skills, experience and other qualifications as well as the candidate's location of residence. In addition to base salary, some roles may be eligible for a variable bonus based on a combination of company performance, employee performance, and management discretion.
