Senior Lead, Business Systems

We’re looking for a Senior Business Systems Lead to establish and scale a new function within the team’s Knowledge, Content and Information Systems group. This is a rare opportunity to build a program from the ground up, designing best-in-class systems, processes and tools that will enable and uplevel our global cross-functional work.
In this role, you’ll be more than a systems expert, you’ll be a strategic enabler. You’ll architect scalable solutions, automate reporting, and unlock insights that drive data-informed decision-making across the Public Affairs, Legal, and Operations teams. You’ll shape how Lime captures, analyzes, and uses data to influence global policy outcomes.
This high-impact role sits at the intersection of technology, data, and change management. It’s ideal for a self-starter who thrives on ideation, innovation, and implementation and who wants to see their work adopted at scale by a mission-driven global organization.
What You'll Do:
Design and Build Systems
Develop scalable, user-friendly databases, dashboards, automations, and CRM functionality with Airtable and/or complementary platforms
Integrate emerging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, NotebookLM, Gemini) alongside the Google Suite, Tableau, Snowflake, to create next-generation knowledge and reporting systems.
Translate complex business needs into intuitive solutions that drive adoption and deliver actionable insights.
Enable Teams Through Insights and Reporting
Build analytics pipelines and reporting frameworks in collaboration with our data science organization that surface actionable insights for senior leaders.
Deliver clear, strategic outputs that help cross-functional teams plan, measure impact, and identify opportunities.
Develop documentation, guides, and training to ensure adoption and long-term success.
Optimize & Manage Platforms
Administer Airtable and other systems to ensure top performance, usability, and reliability.
Continuously refine architecture and workflows as organizational needs evolve.
Leverage automation and AI to unlock new efficiencies and scalability.
Continuously evaluate and/or implement new technologies, tools, and systems as business needs evolve.
Lead Projects & Partnerships
Drive complex cross-functional projects end-to-end, from scoping requirements to successful delivery.
Partner with stakeholders across the Policy, Public affairs, Legal, and Operations teams to co-create solutions and build buy-in.
Collaborate with data science teams to build resources and tracking tools and optimize integrations
Provide technical leadership and problem-solving throughout implementation.
Drive Adoption and Continuous Improvement
Lead change management strategies that ensure smooth adoption of new systems across global teams.
Gather user feedback to identify improvements and anticipate challenges.
Train and onboard users for maximum impact.
Use data and insights to refine processes and drive efficiency across the organization.
About you:
Education & Experience
5+ years of experience designing, implementing, managing and optimizing Airtable or comparable CRMs, database, and workflow systems (e.g., Smartsheet, Notion, Asana, Salesforce).
Strong background in data analytics, reporting, and insight generation.
Skilled in database and CRM design, automation, and integrations.
Proven success in change management, training design, and adoption strategies.
Airtable Academy certifications (Admin and Builder) required.
