Lime is seeking a Senior Associate, Battery & Charging Programs to join our Global Fleet Operations team. In this role, you’ll own and optimize the systems that power our swappable battery and charging programs worldwide. This is a high‑impact position at the intersection of operations, hardware, and data, shaping how Lime keeps millions of riders moving every day.
You will partner closely with local market teams and collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Hardware, and Data Engineering to design scalable processes, solve real‑time challenges, and guide the evolution of Lime’s battery and charging strategy. This is an opportunity to work across global markets and cutting‑edge hardware while building strategies that directly influence Lime’s operational efficiency and rider experience.
The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor with strategic problem‑solving, thrives in fast‑paced environments, and is equally comfortable troubleshooting issues in the warehouse, engaging with mechanics and frontline operators, or presenting recommendations to senior leadership.
What you’ll do:
Battery & Charging Program Management: Oversee internal battery repair SOPs, identify recurring failure points, coordinate manufacturer troubleshooting visits, and assist Local Ops with charging infrastructure setups and maintenance.
Charging Infrastructure Strategy: Develop and maintain playbooks for optimal charging setups; guide future infrastructure improvements with a focus on safety and efficiency.
Global Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the global expert for battery operations, providing training and guidance to markets on procedures and safety protocols.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Hardware teams to pilot and launch next‑generation batteries and charging solutions.
Data‑Driven Insights: Analyze performance metrics to assess battery and charging health, surface trends, and highlight opportunities for improvement.
Operational Innovation: Continuously refine tools and processes, balancing short‑term fixes with scalable long‑term solutions.
About you:
2–5 years of experience in Operations, Consulting, Finance, or analytical roles.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; highly inquisitive and data‑driven.
Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and data management.
Solid SQL skills and experience managing dashboards.
Excellent communication skills; able to translate complex concepts for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
Adaptable, eager to learn new tools and concepts quickly.
Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
