Senior Manager – Real Estate (Solar & Energy Storage) Location: Hybrid – Austin, Denver, or San Francisco (Tue–Thu in office, Mon & Fri remote) Compensation: $155,000–$165,000 + 20% annual bonus + exceptional benefits Help us power the future. We’re seeking a Senior Manager of Real Estate to lead and innovate high-volume real estate workstreams across multiple solar and battery energy storage (BESS) projects. In this pivotal role, you’ll be the go-to subject matter expert — ensuring that sites move seamlessly from control through financing and into construction. You’ll also mentor junior team members, set best practices, and enhance processes that keep our projects on track and investor-ready. Manage real estate deliverables — title, curatives, easements, surveys — from site control to financial close. Balance competing project deadlines while anticipating and solving potential roadblocks. Oversee site control agreements, amendments, subdivisions, and lot line adjustments. Partner closely with surveyors, title companies, legal teams, and regional experts to keep deliverables on time.
