Provide day to day support for Operations and Asset Management teams to ensure high standards of safety are set and maintained throughout the operational and decommissioning lifecycle of our Solar farm assets.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


Review Risk Assessments, Method Statements and other site or contractor information to ensure high standards of health and safety are set and maintained on designated sites

Support reporting and investigation of incidents

Tracking of corrective and improvement actions to closure within a reasonable timescale

Support onboarding process for contractors

Escalating issues to relevant parties as necessary

Generating reports as necessary to support business requirements

Provide support to the ongoing HSE+C Continuous improvement projects


KNOWLEDGE


HSE+C Management system

HSE+C Audits

HSE+C Performance monitoring & reporting

HSE+C Legislative framework

Working knowledge of Construction Design and Management Regulations

Understanding of Electrical safety standards such as Model Distribution Safety Rules


EXPERIENCE & PERSONAL/WORK SKILLS


Relevant experiencing in a similar role, supporting a HSE function with a certified HSE Management System

Practical experience of energy sector is essential

Preparing and analysing HSE+C data and information as required

Conducting HSE+C audits and site inspections

Ability to travel UK wide, sometimes at short notice

Experience of a responsive maintenance environment
