Using innovative geo-tagging and satellite tools, Life Terra tracks each tree to ensure long-term impact and offers corporate climate solutions such as tree adoption, carbon removal credits, and biodiversity credits. Role Description The Senior Relationship Builder will lead the development and management of strategic partnerships with companies, public institutions, and key stakeholders to advance Life Terra’s climate and ecosystem restoration initiatives. This on-site role, based in Barcelona, involves identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, designing tailored collaboration proposals, and managing a portfolio of long-term partners. Day to day, the Senior Relationship Builder will conduct outreach, hold in-person and virtual meetings, prepare presentations and impact reports, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver high-quality tree-planting events, educational programs, and climate solutions for partners. The role also includes representing Life Terra at events and conferences, gathering feedback to improve partner experiences, and contributing to funding and sponsorship strategies. This position is ideal for someone who combines strong relationship-building skills with a passion for climate action and tangible impact.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in partnership development, business development, key account management, or fundraising, preferably in sustainability, nonprofit, or environmental sectors.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with corporate, public sector, and community partners at multiple levels.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, including the ability to translate technical or environmental concepts into clear, compelling value propositions.
- Solid project coordination skills, with experience aligning internal teams (e.g., operations, communications, education) to deliver partner commitments on time and within scope.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment, with a proactive, solution-oriented approach and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Working knowledge of climate action, nature-based solutions, carbon removal, or biodiversity initiatives, or strong motivation to learn these topics quickly.
- Fluency in English; additional European languages (such as Spanish, Catalan, French, or German) are a strong advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in Barcelona and travel occasionally for partner meetings, events, and conferences across Europe.
