Our client, an Investment Fund company based in Luxembourg, is looking for its future Sustainable Finance Officer for their Advisory Division/Sustainable Finance Unit.

This will be a temporary contract of 2 months. Please note that this assignment may be extended, in accordance with Luxembourgish law, for a maximum duration of 1 year.

Your Responsabilities

  • Support the rollout and improvement of climate and sustainability-related financial products.
  • Help design new financial solutions that contribute to environmental and climate goals.
  • Ensure sustainability principles are applied consistently across projects and teams.
  • Analyse key sectors such as clean technology, climate adaptation, and circular economy.
  • Provide guidance to colleagues on policies, eligibility criteria, and regulatory requirements.
  • Translate EU regulations into practical tools and approaches for day-to-day operations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including policymakers and industry experts.
  • Contribute to building consistent frameworks and standards across financial activities.

Your Profile

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in sustainable finance, climate policy, or a related field.
  • You understand how EU sustainable finance rules work and how they apply in practice.
  • You have experience designing or working with green or climate-related financial products.
  • You are comfortable analysing complex information and turning it into clear, practical recommendations.
  • You work well independently, stay organised under pressure, and pay attention to detail.
  • You communicate confidently in English (other EU languages are a plus) and collaborate easily with diverse stakeholders.

Package

  • Annual gross salary: €62,489.57 (paid over 12 months)
  • Leave: 26 days of annual leave + up to 17 public holidays
