Our team has an opening for an individual who is passionate about supporting our clients in taking urgent climate action through a wide range of projects including climate mitigation and resilience/adaptation planning, data collection/analysis, and stakeholder engagement. This position offers an opportunity to use your excellent quantitative analysis, planning, and communication skills to support interesting projects with a meaningful impact. This hybrid working position can be based in either our Minneapolis or Duluth, MN office.

- Greenhouse gas inventories
- Data collection
- Quantitative analysis
- Visual communications of data and results
- Climate action and resilience/adaptation plan development
- Facilitation of community/stakeholder engagement
- Written communications and presentations
- Business development for climate solutions and planning projects
- Technical guidance for team members
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental sciences, climate, energy, and/or land use planning
- 1 year of experience in related field
- Upon receipt of an offer of employment, applicants must be able to successfully complete pre-employment onboarding requirements that will include a criminal/civil background check and drug screen, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations
- Strong writing skills
- Ability to effectively communicate concepts through visual representation

- Experience with greenhouse gas emissions inventories
- This position’s anticipated base salary range is $57,000- $71,000 annually. (This position is eligible for year-end bonuses and for overtime pay at a rate of 1.5 times the regular rate of pay for hours worked in excess of 40 hours in a given workweek.) Offer will be determined based on the selected candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.
