A Technical Project Manager responsible for overseeing logistics and coordination for a device fleet. The role includes managing the fleet of approximately 2,000 devices, supporting operations, and coordinating between internal engineering teams and OEM partners. Responsibilities include device population tracking, readiness planning, and acting as a liaison across technical and vendor teams to ensure successful enablement and support.

This role is 100% onsite in Redmond.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in technical program management or product management roles
  • Strong understanding of Windows devices
  • Proficiency in managing device operations and logistics
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage coordination across multiple internal and external teams

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with OEMs or hardware partners
  • Familiarity with device flashing, enablement, and support workflows
  • Background in managing large-scale device populations
