Due to a growing volume of requests for our Customer Care department as we navigate through an ongoing transition, we are looking for a talented and driven Customer Care Representative (full time) to join the team in our Rotterdam office.
Our core values
You are the first point of contact for business customers (B2B) and end-users (B2C). In this role, you handle queries that are related to payments and invoices.
You own each customer case end to end: from the first contact through investigation, resolution and clear follow-up. Sometimes you will need help or expertise from other departments. You clearly describe the problem and align on needed actions with your colleagues whilst keeping the case under your responsibility.
Your goal is not to close a ticket, it is to help the customer. You take responsibility, deliver reliably and act transparently.
We operate internationally, hence you will speak to clients alternately in Dutch and English.

You are the first point of contact for business customers (B2B) and end-users (B2C). In this role, you handle queries that are related to payments and invoices.

What You Will Do
- Customer support: You handle questions by phone and e-mail, identify the root problem by listening carefully and clarify what the customer needs.
- End-to-end ownership: You follow each case through, track actions and commitments, keep the customer informed and don’t stop until there is a useful solution or a clear next step.
- Investigate and resolve: You analyze questions and problems related to payments and invoices. Where needed, you work with colleagues from other departments while remaining accountable for progress and customer communication.
- Clear case management: You document the issue, analysis and outcome in our system (Salesforce) and asses urgency and priority.
- Improve the service: You spot recurring questions, share insights with colleagues and help improve our FAQs, knowledge articles and ways of working.
- Native/Fluent Dutch (required). Strong level of English (spoken and written).
- Being comfortable supporting both B2B as B2C customers.
- A customer-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication skills, you express yourself clearly in writing and conversation.
- You are a collaborative team player. You solve problems, share knowledge and work well across teams.
- A strong sense of responsibility.
- Affinity with payments and invoices and you enjoy investigating financial questions.
- Preferably experience with ticketing systems.
- You live in Rotterdam area.
