For our client, we are seeking a Senior Environmental Sustainability & ESG Manager to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will strengthen forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes that guide business decisions. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities
- Lead the development and evolution of company-wide environmental sustainability and ESG strategies
- Benchmark sustainability practices against peers to inform and refine strategies
- Oversee Greenhouse Gas (GHG) target setting and implement pathways to achieve sustainability goals
- Maintain ESG governance practices and educate leadership on climate risks
- Develop strategies to engage employees in climate and ESG initiatives
- Track and ensure compliance with environmental and ESG regulations and frameworks
- Manage stakeholder communications regarding ESG performance and initiatives
- 8-10+ years in environmental sustainability, climate, or related fields and ESG
- Experience executing sustainability programs within established frameworks
- Proven ability to develop and implement sustainability initiatives in a global organization, including complex Scope 3 emissions management
- Strong knowledge of ESG reporting standards, environmental metrics, and SBTi target setting
- Ability to partner effectively as a Subject Matter Expert with Legal, Finance, and Compliance functions
- Experience in planning and executing Double Materiality Assessments (DMA) and navigating ESG regulations like CSRD and CA SB253
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive-level presentations
