For our client, we are seeking a Global Sustainability Integration And Program Management Lead to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a Real Estate & Construction environment.

- Develop and execute global sustainability strategies for the client’s real estate portfolio
- Lead and mentor a team of 35+ sustainability professionals across regions
- Collaborate with client sustainability teams to drive results and identify growth opportunities
- Manage P&L with a focus on cost control and revenue forecasting
- Integrate sustainability across JLL service lines in real estate operations
- Design a global platform aligned with client needs and quality targets
- Drive change management initiatives and redesign processes for scalability
- University degree required; MBA preferred in Science, Engineering, Math, or related fields
- 10+ years of experience leading and managing cross-functional teams
- Proven change management experience in complex situations
- Deep understanding of corporate real estate sustainability issues
- Strong track record of integrating sustainability at scale
- Proven project and program management experience with excellent communication skills
- P&L management experience with financial acumen
