For our client, we are seeking a Climate Risk and Resilience - Managing Consultant to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.
This role will lead climate risk and resilience engagements for a range of clients, with a focus on translating complex environmental data into practical strategies and executive-ready recommendations. The consultant will help shape mitigation, adaptation, and transition planning efforts while supporting disclosure and reporting needs aligned to evolving regulatory expectations. This position also partners closely with clients and internal teams to advance innovative climate services and deliver measurable project outcomes.

Compensation: $113,000 – $188,000 annually

Responsibilities
- Manage climate risk and resilience workstreams for clients
- Assess physical and transition climate risks using various analytical methods
- Develop climate transition and resilience programs with actionable plans
- Support climate disclosure and reporting aligned with regulatory standards
- Translate complex climate data into executive-ready insights and recommendations
- Facilitate client workshops and briefings with professionalism
- Contribute to business development and innovative solutions for climate services
- Apply digital tools and analytics to enhance project outcomes
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as climate science or sustainability
- 6+ years of industry or consulting experience, excluding internships or fellowships
- Proficiency in climate datasets and analytical platforms, such as ArcGIS and Python
- Background in climate risk, resilience, mitigation, and adaptation planning
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage project teams and deliver quality work
