KVL Solar Contracting works on commercial scale solar fields and rooftop systems.

We’re looking for a person with commercial construction experience that can help shoot grade for excavations, organize and maintain tools, accurately take measurements, and use hand tools such as impact drills, saws, etc. The right candidate would have OSHA 10 and experience on commercial sites. We are looking for someone who is reliable, trustworthy, and wants to grow with our company.


If you take pride in your work, enjoy working outside, and being a part of a driven team then this role could be for you. We have projects throughout Georgia and travel could be required for periods of 2026.

 

What You’ll Do

·       Work directly with the on-site foreman on key tasks.

·       Assisting with site excavations, prepping materials, transporting materials across site, and installing different components of the solar field.

·       Organize materials at the end of each day and keep track of site inventory

·       Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

·       Assist foreman with documenting daily progress, material needs, and hours

What You’ll Need

·       2+ years of experience in commercial construction supervision

·       Have strong experience using tools related to construction (Read tape measure, operate hand-tools, knowing your way around job-sites

·       Basic equipment operation is a must – skid steers, lulls, etc.

·       Strong communication skills

·       Reliable transportation (truck preferred) and a valid driver’s license

·       Basic tool set for light hands-on tasks

·       Professional demeanor and ability to represent KVL with integrity

Compensation & Benefits

·       Pay: $22–$30/hr based on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7 AM – 4 PM (or as required by project schedule)

Work Location: Initial project location Maysville, GA with upcoming projects throughout the state of Georgia
