Job Description

Support ESG Committee in the design, implementation and management of the Firm’s internal CSR & ESG strategy, initiatives and action plans align with corporate directions both local and globally. The role will collaborate with cross-functional working teams’ efforts and with external organizations to ensure successful planning and delivering CSR /ESG impact and embed ESG in operations process.

The role will also be responsible for helping drive both corporate ESG and CSR program that includes staff engagement, employee volunteer program management and community engagement to impact local communities which will help establishing KPMG as a leader in ESG and corporate citizenship by supporting ESG / CSR reporting communications and overall programs

Roles and responsibilities

  • Develop and support the implementation of new innovative CSR & ESG campaigns, activities, and partnership focusing on climate actions and quality education with sustainable impact
  • Coordinate with various departments internally and external partner organizations in planning, designing process, engaging staff, volunteer management, implementation plans, monitoring and evaluating program results and impact
  • Manage day to day operations of Internal ESG which includes Firm’s ESG campaigns, CSR activities, Charitable donations, coordinating with various parties to meet Internal ESG goals
  • Monitor and follow up on Firm’s CSR / ESG Program and provide suggestions, design process to suit target audience to create engagement and sustainable impact
  • Design, create and organize employee engagement programs to raise awareness and participation by employees
  • Assist in the gathering of data and content for annual Corporate Impact Report (Sustainability) and providing information for website updates.
  • Coordinate with marketing and communications departments to promote community events and outcomes.
  • Maintain relationships with community and government leaders and nonprofit organizations to support company objectives and help meet community needs.
  • Support preparation of ESG materials, presentations, and internal briefings/updates to ESG Committee, Exco and Board as needed.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Corporate ESG/CSR related inquiries from community
  • Provide other administrative support and coordinator in matters related to ESG and CSR as requested

Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • At least 5 years working experience, preferably experience in ESG, Sustainability, CSR , with focus on Environment or Quality Education & Lifelong Learning
  • Broad knowledge of key ESG/ sustainability topics and trends (e.g. climate change, data and technology innovation)
  • Passion in creating sustainable impact and make positive change
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams, departments, and levels
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with good personality
  • Good written and verbal communication skills both in Thai and English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
