Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Design Engineer to join our fast-growing organization. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of mechanical design, drafting, 3D modelling, assemblies, and manufacturing documentation.

Key Skills & Responsibilities
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks, Rhino, and AutoCAD.
  • Strong knowledge of 2D drafting and 3D modelling.
  • Experience in creating assemblies and detailed engineering drawings using SolidWorks.
  • Preparation of manufacturing and fabrication drawings with appropriate dimensions, tolerances, and specifications.
  • Preparation and management of BOM (Bill of Materials) and other engineering documentation.
  • Preparation of Solar Plant Layouts and Structural Layouts.
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes and coordination with production and manufacturing teams.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project requirements.
  • Coordination with Project, Production, Manufacturing, and Site Teams for design-related activities.
  • Ensuring accuracy and quality of design documentation as per project and manufacturing requirements.
Preferred Skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
  • Candidates with experience in solar structures, trackers, fabrication, or related mechanical design will be preferred.
