Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fundraising & Campaign Manager, based in Bengaluru. The Fundraising & Campaign Manager will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing fundraising campaigns, building and maintaining relationships with donors and stakeholders, and strategizing outreach efforts to maximize support for the foundation. Additional responsibilities include preparing detailed project proposals, monitoring campaign success, leading project teams, and conducting regular reports on fundraising metrics. This role demands proactive communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to lead effective campaign initiatives that align with the organization's mission.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Campaign Management, Campaigns, and experience in organizing and executing impactful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Communication and the ability to engage effectively with donors, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Project Management experience, including the capacity to lead teams, manage timelines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Background in Sales and fundraising strategies with a focus on achieving financial and outreach goals.
  • Demonstrated passion for environmental sustainability, social impact, and community development.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience working with non-profit organizations or similar initiatives is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups and stakeholders.
