Managing projects that focus on a vision of sustainable procurement practices for the betterment of our communities, you thrive on a challenge to unlock potential from new partnerships both internally and with supplier development. Leverage the vision of Kohlers Sustainable Living strategy to drive commitment from business leaders and community advocates for sustainable procurement practices. Engage with internal business leaders and stakeholders to develop project plans and solicit appropriate resources to execute key initiatives. Identify and manage supplier sustainability projects to drive carbon reductions in Kohlers supply chain. Identify, deploy, and manage technology and external supplier partnerships needed for the success of sustainable procurement programs. Program Manager-Sustainable Procurement and Sustainable Living team to respond to stakeholder and customer inquiries, certification/compliance tracking, supplier surveys, audits, and supplier development planning. Maintain and improve the addition of sustainability expectations to Kohlers sourcing, contracting, and supplier performance evaluation processes. Create communications both internally and externally to facilitate a community of best practice sharing and improvement. Stay up to date on changes to sustainability regulations and best practices. Bachelors degree in supply chain, sustainable business, engineering, environmental science, or similar program.
