Job Description:

Koala Insulation of Roanoke is looking for a dedicated, hardworking Insulation Installer to join our team. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in craftsmanship, and want to grow within a fast-paced, customer-focused company, this is the perfect opportunity!

Responsibilities:

Install blown-in, batt, and spray foam insulation in residential and commercial buildings
Work safely and efficiently on ladders, in crawl spaces, and attics
Perform air sealing using caulk, foam, and other materials as needed
Load and unload materials, keeping the job site clean and organized
Follow building codes and company quality standards to ensure proper insulation coverage
Work independently or as part of a team under the direction of a Lead Installer
Communicate professionally with customers and team members

Qualifications:

✅ Prior insulation experience is a plus but NOT required! We provide training
✅ Comfortable working in tight spaces, attics, and heights
✅ Able to lift 50 lbs+ regularly
✅ Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
✅ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
✅ Must be punctual, dependable, and safety-conscious
