Senior Sales Support Coordinator (Service Sales)
Job Description
Are you a proactive and detail-oriented customer service professional who takes pride in delivering a seamless customer experience? We are looking for someone who can support our wind industry customers while managing inter-company orders across our manufacturing sites in Denmark, Poland, and India. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact, building strong relationships, ensuring accurate order handling, and working closely with our factories, warehouse teams, and international colleagues to secure timely deliveries.

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service to clients within the wind industry.
- Create, submit, and manage inter-company orders to our manufacturing facilities in Denmark, Poland, and India.
- Coordinate order progress, shipment timelines, and delivery status to ensure on-time fulfillment.
- Work closely with the warehouse to plan shipments, resolve issues, and secure timely dispatch
- Prepare and maintain all necessary documentation related to orders, shipments, and customer communication.
- Collaborate daily with international teams across multiple time zones.
- Update and track information in the ERP system to ensure accuracy and transparency.
- Maintain organized records and assist with continuous process improvements.
Your profile
- 1–2 years of professional experience, ideally in an international environment.
- Customer service or order management background required.
- Experience working with ERP systems; familiarity with Microsoft D365 is highly preferred.
- Strong skills in Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional and global teams.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
