The opportunity:


Reporting into the R&D Manager, you will play a central role in ensuring smooth integration of new products into our systems and supply chains. This position combines master data management, documentation, and compliance responsibilities with close collaboration across purchasing, product management, and production teams. This role is based in Delft, where our factory and production operations are located. It is a full‑time, onsite position (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday).


In this role, a typical day will look like:

  • Lead material compression events and support purchasing in developing supply chains for new and high‑volume parts
  • Create and maintain part numbers, BOMs, spec sheets, ECOs, and compliance documentation in ERP systems
  • Capture and organize environmental compliance data (e.g. ROHS, SCIP) and roll out processes across sites
  • Administer and assure quality of master data, including attributes, categories, and change management
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to streamline product integration and reporting
  • Responsible for supporting purchasing in developing and coordinating supply chains for new activated parts and existing parts
  • Generate product structures and other documentation as needed, including electronic component BOM’s and kitting



The essential requirements of the job include:

  • 5+ years of experience in master data management or new product integration
  • Technical/commercial or IT‑related training completed
  • Strong skills in MS Office, especially Excel, and ERP systems
  • Careful, accurate working style with a hands‑on mentality and process optimization mindset
  • Fluent in English; Dutch and German are a plus
