Role Overview

This role will involve supporting our sales teams with the processing of commissioning requests, also will involve making outbound calls to warm leads, with the aim of converting quotes which we have provided to new and existing customers

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound queries from existing customers via telephone and email, providing prompt and effective solutions
  • Support processing of commissioning orders, provide contract quotes and follow ups to increase sales
  • Maintain high accuracy in order processing
  • Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the Service Manager.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, maintaining a healthy sales pipeline for future growth.
  • Track and record sales activities to monitor performance.
  • Provide exceptional, professional service to both internal and external customers.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including field engineers.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and legal requirements.

What we are looking for:

  • 5 GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Maths.
  • Ideally 1-2 years' experience in sales and customer service - training provided
  • Call Centre experience desirable
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs.
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Excellent listening skills with the ability to manage information accurately and efficiently.
  • Exceptional organizational and planning abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple demands.
  • Proficient in IT and computer systems.
