FP&A Analyst

Kinekta are partnered with a market leading renewable IPP, that are searching for an FP&A Analyst to continue building out their finance team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain corporate and project-level financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Analyse monthly financial results and variances against budget/forecast.
  • Prepare internal financial reports and presentations for senior leadership and investors.
  • Support long-term planning and scenario modelling for project portfolios.
  • Partner with development, operations, and asset management teams to assess project economics and financial KPIs.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 25 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or corporate financepreferably in the energy, infrastructure, or renewables sector.
  • Strong financial modelling and Excel skills; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or planning tools (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan) a plus.
  • Understanding of energy project finance, tax equity, or PPA structures .
