Role Overview:

As a Junior Data Analyst, you’ll help transform complex datasets into meaningful insights that drive scientific experiments, product improvements, and business decisions. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is excited to learn, grow, and make a real impact in a cutting-edge technology environment.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and clean data from different sources
• Build simple reports and dashboards
• Assist with data analysis to find trends and insights
• Support the team with day-to-day data tasks

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of Python
• Ability to write simple SQL queries
• Comfortable using Excel for data cleaning and analysis
• Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau for creating dashboards
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with scientific or engineering datasets
• Knowledge of battery technology or materials science (not required)
• Exposure to workflow automation tools
