Kforce has a client in Tarrytown, NY that is seeking a Project Manager. Summary: We are seeking an experienced GxP Project Manager with a strong Agile background to lead strategic IT initiatives in a highly regulated Life Sciences environment. This role is responsible for driving projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project execution, applying advanced project management methodologies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executives, business units, and IT teams
  • Organize and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
  • Manage vendors and packaged software implementations
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and QA teams to ensure continuity and quality
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Provide clear communication on status, risks, and escalations to stakeholders* Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • PMP or Prince2 certification preferred
  • 10+ years of IT Project Management experience in a matrixed organization
  • Strong Agile expertise and knowledge of SDLC, PM tools, and processes
  • Experience in Life Sciences and cGMP environments preferred
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
