Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Manager in Stamford, CT. Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful delivery of cross-functional projects. The ideal candidate will manage timelines, scope, and deliverables using agile tools like JIRA, while also supporting leadership communication and continuous improvement strategies. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring project alignment with organizational goals and creating clear, effective presentations for stakeholders. Responsibilities:

  • Project Manager will drive end-to-end execution of projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery
  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans
  • Track project scope, milestones, and deliverables using JIRA and other project management tools
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues that could impact project success
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and status updates using PowerPoint
  • As a Project Manager, you will partner with leadership to develop strategic improvements and process enhancements across project delivery
  • Facilitate project meetings, document outcomes, and ensure follow-up on action items* Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a technology or cross-functional environment
  • Proficient in project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments
  • Prior exposure to process improvement or operational excellence initiatives
  • Executive communication experience or stakeholder management background
  • Strong PowerPoint and presentation-building skills for leadership updates
  • PMP or other project management certification is a plus
