HR Specialist (m/f/d)
What you expect:
- Supporting n and coordinating all HR processes and serving as a liaison between the European branches and the headquarters in China
- Coordinating recruitment and training at the MBT Climate level
- Supporting the coordination and handling of international assignments
- Contributing to and supporting the implementation, smooth operation, and optimization of HR systems and processes
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field; alternatively, completed training and further education in Human Resources with relevant practical experience
- At least 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in an international corporate environment
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, as well as a passion for intercultural collaboration and the ability to manage communication among stakeholders
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese; ideally, good knowledge of German
- Strong learning agility with the ability to quickly implement requirements
