About Ken Foundation:
Ken Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to climate action, social entrepreneurship, and sustainability. We invite passionate, mission-driven individuals to join our 6-month fellowship program (unpaid), offering hands-on exposure to the non-profit sector.
About the Fellowship:
The Ken Impact Fellowship provides a unique platform for aspiring leaders to develop critical skills in social impact, stakeholder engagement, and sustainability. Fellows will contribute to branding, fundraising, research, and community engagement, preparing them for future leadership roles in the social sector.

Key Responsibilities:
? Project & Program Management – Conduct needs assessments, support planning, and execute sustainability initiatives.
? Communications & Branding – Create engaging digital content and strengthen outreach strategies.
? Fundraising & CSR Engagement – Draft fundraising proposals and connect with corporate leaders and donors.
? Stakeholder Engagement – Support events, donor meetings, and collaborations.
? Compliance & Reporting – Track impact, prepare reports, and ensure donor compliance.
? Innovation & Strategy – Research trends in CSR, education, and sustainability for program enhancement.
Eligibility:
✔ Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) or postgraduate degree in the social/development sector.
✔ Strong passion for social impact and sustainability.
✔ Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
✔ Willingness to travel for outreach activities.
✔ Proactive, self-driven learner.
