About the Role We are seeking a dynamic HVAC Project Sales person to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of commercial HVAC turn-key solutions and projects, including design-build systems, retrofits, and energy-efficient upgrades. You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that optimize comfort, performance, and sustainability. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with commercial clients, contractors, and decision-makers.
- Identify opportunities for HVAC system upgrades, replacements, and new installations.
- Prepare and present proposals for turn-key HVAC solutions, including scope, pricing, and timelines.
- Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stay current on industry trends, energy efficiency standards, and emerging technologies.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Proven experience in HVAC sales, consulting, or related technical field.
- Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems and applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, business, or related field (preferred).
