Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Faridabad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, identifying potential clients, driving revenue, and maintaining strong client relationships. Additional responsibilities include leading a sales team, analyzing industry trends, preparing reports, and providing insights to drive business growth. The Sales Manager will be accountable for meeting sales targets and collaborating with different teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful service delivery.


Qualifications

  • Strong skills in sales strategy development, business development, and client relationship management
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
  • Proven leadership skills and experience managing and motivating sales teams
  • Proficiency in market analysis, data interpretation, and report preparation
  • Knowledge in ISO certifications, sustainability services, or similar industries preferred
  • Ability to meet sales targets and effectively manage time and resources
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required; advanced degrees or additional certifications are advantageous
  • Experience in CRM tools and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
