We are looking for someone who can go beyond basic edits, someone who understands storytelling, clarity and audience attention.

At KarbonWise, we are building a climate-tech platform that enables organizations to measure, manage and reduce their environmental impact. Our content goes beyond visibility, it simplifies complex ideas and communicates them with clarity, precision and impact.

⚡ This role is best suited for someone who:

• Thinks before editing
• Can translate abstract or technical concepts into structured visual narratives
• Has a strong sense of pacing, text placement and retention
• Is comfortable working in a fast-moving, founder-led environment

? What you will work on:

• Short-form video content for LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube
• Content around sustainability, climate trends and business insights
• Iterative edits based on feedback and performance

? Requirements:

• Prior work (internships/projects) in short-form video editing
• Working knowledge of tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro or CapCut
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to refine and improve work based on feedback
• A portfolio that highlights quality of work over quantity
