We are hiring at KarbonWise - and this one is a bit different.


We are looking for someone to sit right at the intersection of customers and product. Not a BA. Not a pre-sales person. Something in between, and more than both.


Here is what the role actually looks like day to day:

  • Talking to customers. Understanding their problems properly. Running demos that open doors rather than just show features. Taking what you learn in those conversations and turning it into sharp, clear product feedback that actually changes what gets built.
  • You will work directly with me. No layers, no bureaucracy. What you find in the field shapes the product. What the product becomes shapes how we grow.
  • We are a sustainability tech startup based in Hyderabad, building software that helps businesses measure and reduce their carbon footprint. The problem is real, the market is moving fast, and we need sharp people around the table.
  • The profile I am looking for is someone who is genuinely curious about customers, commercially sharp, a strong communicator, and has a serious bias for action. Someone who does not wait to be told what to do next. Someone who is energised by ambiguity rather than paralysed by it.
  • Experience in SaaS or sustainability is a plus. Hunger and drive are non-negotiable.
