We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Content & Social Media Intern to join our team in Hyderabad.

Location: Hyderabad (In-office)

? Job Summary

In this role you will help create high-quality written and digital content that communicates complex sustainability topics in a clear, engaging, and accessible way.

You will contribute to content across multiple platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram, helping strengthen KarbonWise’s voice in sustainability and climate discussions.

This role requires excellent writing skills, curiosity about sustainability, and a strong interest in digital storytelling and social media.

Content at KarbonWise plays an important role not only in educating audiences and sharing insights, but also in helping us build credibility and generate interest from potential clients.

? Key Responsibilities

a. Content Creation

• Write and edit LinkedIn posts, blogs, newsletters, and website content
• Develop short-form and long-form content including articles, explainers, guides, and insights
• Support founders in developing thought leadership content and industry perspectives
• Translate complex sustainability topics into clear and engaging narratives

b. Social Media Content

• Create content for LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram
• Write captions, post copy, and short-form content optimized for each platform
• Support the creation of video scripts and visual storytelling ideas
• Assist in maintaining a consistent brand voice across platforms

c. Research & Content Development

• Monitor industry news, sustainability trends, and climate policy developments
• Conduct research to ensure accuracy and depth in content
• Identify insights that can be translated into relevant and timely content pieces

d. Content Strategy & Growth

• Help develop content that supports brand visibility and audience engagement
• Contribute ideas that connect content with business outcomes such as audience growth and lead generation
• Track and learn from content performance and engagement

e. Multimedia Content Support

• Assist with content shoots and video production
• Work with the social media manager during content creation sessions
• Participate in content when required (including on-camera presence)

f. Collaboration

• Work closely with the founders, marketing team, and social media manager
• Contribute ideas for new formats, campaigns, and storytelling approaches
• Support the organization of the content pipeline and calendar

• Curiosity about sustainability, climate change, and business trends
