What will I be doing?

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Team Assistant to support the EA and Executive team. This is a dynamic and high-trust role that serves as a critical enabler of focus, alignment, and execution at the most senior levels of the company.

In this varied role, you’ll:

  • Calendar Mastery: Own and manage complex calendars across multiple time zones, ensuring schedules strictly align with business priorities.
  • Strategic Gatekeeping: Serve as the primary point of contact for designated executives, managing communication across internal and external stakeholders with professionalism.
  • Meeting Coordination: Lead the preparation for key leadership sessions and offsites -handling agendas, logistics, and essential follow-ups.
  • Internal Liaison: Support communication flow between execs and the broader organisation to drive clarity and execution.
  • Logistics Management: Oversee travel, expenses, and administrative workflows to enable seamless daily operations.
  • Brand Ambassador: Build trusted relationships across the business, acting as a respected representative of the executives you support.

Events coordination: Client meetings, Town Halls and Village Halls.

About You

You’ll thrive in this role if you are confident, detail-oriented, and capable of navigating ambiguity with poise. You anticipate needs, take ownership, and bring calm and clarity to complex environments.

Ideally you’ll have/be:

  • Autonomous: The ability to work proactively, problem-solving independently before issues escalate.
  • Organisational Excellence: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Emotional Intelligence: Excellent communication skills with the discretion required to handle sensitive and confidential matters.
