Position Overview
The Field Operations Executive plays a critical role in expanding and strengthening KabadCart's Collection Partner network. The role involves identifying, onboarding, training, activating, and supporting Collection Partners within the assigned territory to ensure they successfully use the KabadCart platform and deliver a seamless customer experience.
This position requires extensive field travel and regular interaction with Collection Partners.

Success in this role will be measured through:
- Number of Collection Partners onboarded every month
- Partner activation rate
- Percentage of active Collection Partners
- Customer pickup orders completed
- Collection Partner retention
- Daily field visits completed
- Training sessions conducted
- Service quality and customer satisfaction
- Achievement of monthly operational targets
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
- Graduate preferred
- Experience in field sales, field operations, logistics, community outreach, delivery operations, or waste management is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and willingness to travel are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Requirements

- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.
- Familiarity with Google Maps and smartphone applications is an added advantage.
