At Xysma Recyclotech Solutions Pvt. Ltd., we’re building KabadCart — India’s first, tech-driven scrap management platform. Our mission is to digitize and organize the waste management ecosystem through scalable technology, intelligent automation, and sustainable innovation.

We are expanding our content and marketing team and are looking for a Content Writer Intern who is passionate about storytelling, sustainability, and creating high-impact, SEO-driven content.

Role Details

Position: Content Writer Intern

Employment Type: Internship

Mode: In-office (Jaipur)

Work Environment: Fast-paced startup ecosystem

Duration: 3–6 Months (with potential full-time opportunity based on performance)

What You’ll Do

* Write SEO-friendly blog articles focused on waste management, recycling, sustainability, and circular economy

* Create engaging scripts for reels, videos, and campaigns

* Develop content for website pages, landing pages, and product descriptions

* Craft social media content (LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.)

* Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search engines

* Translate complex waste management concepts into simple, engaging content

* Collaborate with marketing and design teams for campaign execution

* Maintain a consistent brand tone across all content formats

* Stay updated with industry trends (waste management, climate tech, recycling)

Skills You Should Have

* Strong command over English writing and storytelling

* Basic understanding of SEO (keywords, meta tags, content structuring)

* Ability to write for multiple formats: blogs, scripts, social media, website

* Research skills to create fact-based, insightful content

* Ability to simplify technical or operational concepts

* Good time management and ability to meet deadlines

Bonus Points If You Have

* Prior experience in content writing, blogging, or copywriting

* Knowledge or interest in waste management / sustainability / recycling

* Experience with SEO tools (like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Keyword Planner)

* Ability to create content strategies or content calendars

* Basic understanding of startup ecosystems or B2B communication
