At Kaash, the endless possibilities of light inspire our creativity. We're a young and dynamic light engineers studio, playing with the layers of light to create spaces where people feel good. With light, we create comfortable spaces, inspiring institutions and playful environments.
Our vision?
Building healthier communities with a greener planet through sustainable human-centric lighting. For over a decade, we've worked on 100+ lighting applications across Globe —from art spaces to heritage cathedrals, from neurodiverse offices to public monuments. We blend science and design, combining modern technology with human-centric planning for a sustainable planet.
Why we exist
The continued practice of insensitive light planning and light pollution motivates us. We see an ocean of opportunities to contribute towards a greener planet and reverse climate change—one design at a time. Light is needed for people, their space and its function. This is why every design we create, every space we plan, the user is always at the core.
We're looking for a Partner in India
Someone who shares our fascination. Someone who believes light can transform lives.
An architect / interior designer / lighting designer who:
- Has 10+ years of experience in the field
- Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or equivalent design qualification with demonstrable expertise in lighting
- Is passionate—truly passionate about lighting and its power to shape human experience
- Understands that lighting is not decoration, but a tool for wellbeing
- Values sustainability and wants to reverse climate change through thoughtful design
- Brings entrepreneurial energy and wants to build something meaningful
- Sees the immense potential in India's evolving architectural landscape
- Wants ownership, not just a job

- Human-centric lighting for residential, commercial, institutional and urban projects
- Sustainable solutions that reduce carbon footprint and light pollution

You'll work with our Luxembourg-based team, bringing European design thinking together with India's rich architectural traditions. You'll have the freedom and responsibility to build something impactful.

LIGHT FINDER – Interactive digital tool to ideate perfect lighting solutions
CARBON CALCULATOR – Tool to identify emissions and evaluate energy savings
We focus on achieving the optimal balance between lighting levels and glare, ensuring sustainability for both human residents and nocturnal wildlife. We design for a world where architecture, economy, community and nature coexist.
