Project Coordinator
Company Description
The Just Transitions Incubator (JUTI) is committed to fostering bold actions that drive equitable opportunities and shared benefits in the shift to a regenerative, post-carbon society. Focused on Southeast Asia, JUTI empowers change agents, strengthens collaborative ecosystems, and facilitates cross-sector cooperation to enable bottom-up initiatives. Our mission is to demonstrate pathways toward a climate-safe and regenerative future through radical collaboration and community-driven solutions. Bangkok Climate Action Week is one of our flagship platforms — a growing, city-wide initiative that brings organisations together to take meaningful climate action. This role sits at the centre of making that happen.
Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Project Coordinator to join our team in Bangkok. In this role, you'll support the planning and delivery of JUTI's projects, with a major focus on Bangkok
Climate Action Week (BKKCAW), a city-wide climate platform bringing together organisations, venues, and
communities across Bangkok. You'll work closely with the Project Manager, Partnership Lead, and
Communications team to keep things organised, aligned, and moving. The Project Coordinator will manage and organize projects, oversee timelines, facilitate team communication, and ensure project goals are met efficiently. They will maintain documentation, liaise with stakeholders, and provide logistical and administrative support to ensure smooth project execution. This on-site role requires strong coordination and problem-solving skills to meet organizational objectives effectively.
