Juicer Energy isn't your typical EV charging company. We're a team of tech startups like OfferUp, Uber, DoorDash, and other successful tech companies building the future of EV charging infrastructure. We're not chasing subsidies or waiting for the government—we're building a financially sustainable, scalable business with Level 2 charging as our foundation and much bigger plans ahead.

We're growing fast across Washington and expanding to new states. We need an electrician who wants more than a standard installer job—someone who wants to get in early, learn from both experienced electricians and startup operators, and help build something from the ground up.

The Role

You'll be working alongside experienced Lead Electricians to execute Level 2 EV charging installations from site assessment through commissioning. Projects range from small multifamily jobs to 20+ charger commercial deployments at apartments, hotels, and office buildings.

This isn't just install work. You'll help with site surveys, material staging, assembly and warehouse work, and contribute to how we scale operations. Some days you're running conduit at a job site. Other days you're in the shop staging materials or troubleshooting an install challenge with the team. If you're looking for the same thing day in, day out, this isn't it. What You'll Actually Do:

• Install Level 2 EV charging equipment per NEC code and Juicer standards (70% of your time)
• Run conduit, pull wire, terminate connections, mount equipment, wire panels
• Commission chargers in our proprietary app and handle customer handoff
• Execute site walks, surveys, and material takeoffs for upcoming jobs
• Stage materials, organize inventory, assemble charger components
• Work independently at customer sites and as part of an installation crew
• Help us figure out how to do this better, faster, and more profitably

What We're Looking For

Must Have:

• Washington State 01 Electrical License
• 3+ years commercial electrical experience
• Blueprint reading and ability to work from electrical drawings
• Decent conduit bending skills (½", ¾", 1" EMT)
• Experience with 208V/240V circuits and 3-phase electrical panels
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
• Clean driving record

Preferred Experience:

• Level 2 EV charging installations
• Troubleshooting 208/240V circuits in the field
• Parts ordering or inventory management
• Warehouse or parts house experience
• Soldering or electrical assembly work

Required Tools (You Provide):

• Complete hand tool set: insulated screwdriver set, hammer, wire strippers, lineman's pliers, needle-nose pliers, side cutters, utility knife, allen key set
• Cordless drill and impact driver
• Multimeter and non-contact voltage tester
• Tape measure and torpedo level
• Two pairs of channellocks
• Reliable personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed for job site travel)

We Provide:

• Complete power tool kit and specialty equipment
• Conduit benders: ½", ¾", 1"
• Standard socket set and ratcheting wrench
• Tool bags
• Hard hat and high-vis safety vest
• All materials, consumables, and job-specific supplies
• Tablet for documentation and commissioning
• Mileage reimbursement at IRS rate

Physical Requirements

• Lift and carry 60+ lbs regularly
• Work from ladders and in confined spaces
• Outdoor work in Pacific Northwest weather (rain, cold, occasional heat)
• Standing, kneeling, and overhead work for extended periods
• Daily driving to multiple job sites in your personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed)

Compensation & Growth

First Year Target: $85,000 - $91,000

• Base + Monthly and Quarterly Bonuses

Benefits: Health insurance, PTO, mileage reimbursement
