- Perform structural engineering analyses and calculations, developing creative solutions to intermediate and complex problems.
- Review and develop specifications, design criteria, and ensure compliance with codes and standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, vendors, and clients to deliver on scope, schedule, and quality goals.
- Provide technical support for procurement and construction phases, including RFI's and field change requests.
- Deliver clear documentation, reports, and performance metrics that drive project success.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Civil, Structural, or related Engineering field.
- Experience: 5+ years of relevant structural engineering experience.
- Technical Requirement:Proficiency with STAAD (STAAD / STAADPro) is required.
- Additional Tools: Familiarity with RISA3D and Mathcad preferred.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of industry codes, standards, and EPC project processes.
- Mindset: Strong communicator, detail-oriented, and thrives under deadlines.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Experience with nuclear facilities, DOE projects, or highly regulated industries (manufacturing, pharma, biotech).
- Familiarity with ASME NQA-1 requirements and practical field experience.
