We are now looking for a visionary, hands-on Technical Co-Founder / CTO to take this existing technological foundation, lead the engineering execution, and translate our patent into a real-world, scalable product.
What You Will Do
What We Offer
Co-Founder Equity: A competitive equity stake ranging from 15% to 20%, commensurate with your role as a core co-founder.
Salary Upon Funding: A competitive annual salary ranging from $40,000 to $50,000, which will be activated immediately upon securing our upcoming funding round ( only in the pre-seed stage).
A Head Start: You won't be building from a blank page; you will step into a project with established groundwork and a clear patent ready for deployment.
Total Autonomy: Full ownership and authority to make technical decisions and shape the engineering architecture as you see fit.

We are now looking for a visionary, hands-on Technical Co-Founder / CTO to take this existing technological foundation, lead the engineering execution, and translate our patent into a real-world, scalable product.
What You Will Do
- SolidWorks Prototyping: Design and build the complete mechanical prototype using SolidWorks, ensuring precise manufacturability and operational mechanics.
- Process Simulation & Video Animation: Create simulation videos and animations to visually demonstrate the full mechanical operation and workflow of the extraction process.
- CFD & FEA Analysis: Conduct rigorous Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to validate the design, optimize fluid flow, and test structural integrity under operational stress.
- Translate Patent to Reality: Take our existing R&D foundation and patent framework, and lead the technical execution to turn theoretical blueprints into a working physical system.
- Strategic Ownership: Take full ownership of the technical roadmap, engineering architecture, and IP scaling strategy alongside the business lead.
- SolidWorks & Simulation Expertise: Advanced, hands-on mastery of SolidWorks for complex 3D modeling, assembly, motion analysis, and running professional CFD/FEA simulations.
- Strong Engineering Background: Solid foundation in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field, with a passion for turning hardtech patents into physical reality.
- Founder Mindset: Someone comfortable with early-stage execution, highly driven, and fully committed to building an impactful startup from the ground up.
- Collaborative Leadership: Excellent communication skills and readiness to work in tight synchronization with the business lead.
