1. Design, develop, and operate an AI-powered document processing pipeline capable of handling millions of documents and terabytes of data daily.
2. Maintain and manage platform infrastructure with a focus on high availability.
3. Continuously optimize and automate processes to maximize team efficiency.
4. Proactively propose and benchmark technical solutions that address customer business challenges.

1. Demonstrated experience building scalable software solutions for data-intensive applications.
2. Ability to assess trade-offs and strike the right balance between best practices, technical debt, and speed of execution.
3. Strong foundations in software architecture and system design, with practical knowledge of design patterns and anti-patterns.
4. Genuine passion for combating climate change through clean technology.
5. Excellent, clear, and structured communication skills with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
