As the system becomes more complex and data-rich, entirely new commercial opportunities are emerging beyond the core product. This role is for a high-agency business builder who thrives in ambiguity—someone who can spot signals early, turn them into sharp hypotheses, and rapidly test what's real.
What you'll do
- Identify and develop new commercial opportunities adjacent to the core platform
- Work directly with industry stakeholders to uncover unmet needs and emerging use cases
- Translate market signals into clear, testable business cases
- Partner with technical and commercial teams to shape early concepts into scalable offerings
- Support early go-to-market efforts and strategic sales where needed

Your background
- 5–10 years of experience in energy markets, power trading, energy consulting, corporate strategy, or commercial development
- Fluency in German and English
- Deep understanding of European power markets and the forces shaping the energy transit
- ion.Proven track record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in fast-moving or ambiguous environments
- Strong network across the European energy ecosystem
- Ability to move quickly from market insight to commercial validation and execution
- Commercially minded with strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Comfortable using modern AI and digital tools to accelerate research, prototyping, and idea development
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational abilities
- A self-starter who thrives with autonomy and enjoys building from first principles.
