We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and dedicated Senior Tax Manager to join our high-performing team. This is a permanent position, offering the opportunity to work alongside some of the best minds in the finance industry. The successful candidate will play a critical role in advising our clients on the tax implications of their business objectives, evaluating and selecting alternative actions to reduce tax burden and cost of compliance, and identifying various methods of complying with tax regulations.

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and dedicated Senior Tax Manager to join our high-performing team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in advising our clients on the tax implications of their business objectives, evaluating and selecting alternative actions to reduce tax burden and cost of compliance, and identifying various methods of complying with tax regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for complex tax issues, applying your extensive knowledge to understand potential tax issues.
- Recognize and communicate potential risks and potential changes in tax policy to clients and team members.
- Make top-level decisions regarding filing, preparation, and resolution of questions from federal/state agencies.
- Serve as a critical member of the office/region leadership team, contributing to strategic planning and decision-making.
- Actively participate in marketing, networking, and business development within your area of expertise and specialization.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary contact for complex questions and providing expert advice and guidance.
- Continually stay updated with the latest changes in tax regulations and laws, ensuring the company's compliance and clients' satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A Master’s degree or CPA certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax management, specifically within the finance industry.
- Proven experience advising clients on the tax implications of their business objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate and select alternative actions to reduce tax burden and cost of compliance.
- Solid understanding of different methods of complying with tax regulations.
- Proven track record of handling complex tax issues and making top-level decisions regarding filing, preparation, and resolution of questions from federal/state agencies.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience serving as a critical member of a leadership team.
- Proven experience in marketing, networking, and business development within an area of expertise and specialization.
- Excellent client service skills, with a proven ability to maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex tax issues to clients and team members.
- Ability to stay updated with the latest changes in tax regulations and laws.
- Proficient in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
