Ballinger Memorial Hospital District is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee the day-to-day operational management of Ballinger Memorial Hospital, a designated Critical Access Hospital (CAH). This role provides strategic leadership, ensures regulatory compliance, and supports the delivery of high-quality, accessible, and fiscally responsible healthcare services to the community.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operational management of the hospital
- Provide strategic leadership for hospital operations
- Ensure compliance with Critical Access Hospital (CAH) regulatory requirements
- Optimize rural health delivery systems
- Collaborate closely with the CEO/Administrator and executive team
Education
- Masters degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field required
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership in hospital operations
- At least 5 years of experience in a rural or Critical Access Hospital setting
- FACHE or similar professional certification strongly preferred
