  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • 10+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, including significant senior-level operational responsibility

The successful candidate will have full responsibility for the performance of multiple manufacturing operations, bringing together people, processes, assets, and resources under a unified business strategy. This executive will own P&L performance while directing Operations, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, EHS, Human Resources, and other key functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Set the overall direction for multiple manufacturing operations, establishing clear priorities around safety, quality, delivery, cost, profitability, and customer performance
  • Own financial results and translate business objectives into operating plans, budgets, capital priorities, and measurable performance expectations
  • Maximize the capabilities of each operation by improving capacity utilization, production flow, equipment effectiveness, and coordination of resources
  • Create a culture of operational discipline and continuous improvement that reduces waste, strengthens productivity, and addresses recurring performance issues
  • Build and develop high-performing leadership teams through coaching, succession planning, talent development, and clear accountability for results
  • Partner with customers, commercial leadership, and internal stakeholders to strengthen relationships, support growth opportunities, and ensure the business is positioned for long-term success
