Candidate Profile

The Chief Operating Officer provides visionary, strategic, operational, financial, and cultural leadership for a multi-site Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) and community-based integrated healthcare organization serving children, adolescents, adults, and families across a continuum of behavioral health, substance use, crisis response, special education, care management, peer support, and whole health services.

  • Required: a genuine, mission-driven commitment to client care as the top priority in every decision — this is a non-negotiable expectation for this role.
  • Ideal candidate is a licensed clinician (MSW/LCSW or LPC; LCADC ) with community-based program experience.
  • Recent, direct client contact preferred, to keep an active frontline clinical perspective.
  • Serves as a credible clinical voice and advocate within executive leadership — ensuring frontline clinical realities and client-care considerations are represented and heard in agency-level decision-making.
