Assistant General Counsel
• Lead the creation and rollout of Micron’s new enterprise-wide CLM platform • Provide pragmatic legal advice and solutions to support business teams in meeting strategic and commercial goals • Review, negotiate, and draft a variety of commercial agreements • Assist business teams with planning and development of new product initiatives • Provide proactive legal assistance to address emerging issues • Develop and deliver effective trainings to Business Units, Sales, and internal partners on key legal issues
Requirements
- 10+ years’ of experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements
- JD from an ABA accredited law school and a current member of the bar in good standing
- Experience leading/supporting the design and implementation of a CLM platform
- Executive presence in interactions with senior leadership
- Ability to collaborate, build relationships, gain credibility, and partner effectively with internal collaborators and Legal colleagues
- High degree of ethics and integrity
- Experience working in an in-house Legal environment is preferred
- Top law firm and/or corporate experience in the semiconductor industry is preferred
