We are seeking a seasoned CTO to lead our technology organization, with the primary mandate of rapidly accelerating new product development, engineering velocity, and delivery .

We are looking for a hands-on technology executive with 15+ years of experience who has successfully led software engineering organizations and can bring greater speed, rigor, and accountability to the product development lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have meaningful AI experience and a strong point of view on how AI can be incorporated both into our products and into the software development process itself .

The CTO will lead approximately 16-18 people across Software Engineering, QA, Documentation, Support, and IT.

Key attributes we would like to see in candidates include:

  • Proven track record of accelerating software product development and delivery
  • Strong software engineering and technology architecture background
  • Demonstrated experience applying AI to products and/or engineering workflows
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing technical teams
  • Ability to balance strategic technology leadership with hands-on execution
  • Strong product orientation and ability to work closely with Product and business leadership
  • Experience modernizing engineering practices, processes, architecture, and tooling

We are particularly interested in executives who have operated successfully in growth-stage B2B software companies , where they have helped an organization move faster, modernize its technology approach, and consistently turn product strategy into shipped software.
