Accountabilities:
- Lead multiple client engagements, including climate program creation, GHG inventory development, decarbonization planning, and carbon compensation strategies
- Serve as a subject matter expert on corporate climate strategy and real estate decarbonization
- Guide and mentor junior team members and analysts in performing detailed analyses and preparing technical deliverables
- Collaborate with ESG, sustainability, and engineering teams to provide integrated, data-driven solutions to clients
- Support client reporting to voluntary and regulatory frameworks, including GRESB, CDP, and local regulations
- Contribute to the growth of carbon services offerings and thought leadership content
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends, carbon accounting standards, and emerging climate risk strategies
- 4-6 years of experience in carbon management, sustainability, or related project management roles
- Proven track record advising clients on climate strategy, Scope 1-3 GHG inventories, target-setting, and decarbonization measures
- Experience with renewable energy strategies, internal carbon pricing, and climate reporting frameworks
- Strong project management skills, including budget, timeline, and team oversight
- Excellent analytical abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, take initiative, and work collaboratively across teams
